So hard.

3 rounds of:
15 overhead squats, 65#
15 burpees
15 roman chair, pike position straight leg lifts

then
2 rounds of:
15 backsquats, 105#
15 box jumps (could stand any more burpees)
15 roman chair, pike position straight leg lifts

over head squats are so doggone difficult and awkward.
