destroyer
I usually just title each post with the first word that comes to mind. SO yeah: destroyer? destroyer.
As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes:
15 kettlebell swings, 35#
10 dips (20# assistance)
5 back squats, 135#
7 rounds! RAWR.
