Sunday

As you've probably noticed, I've been putting less energy into these entries. I don't like neglecting to share the fun, often trivial details of my workouts and workout-related sentiments, but I've had a lot on my plate lately. Today was no exception, but I still managed to get in a work out at least! A nice long track interval workout too!

Run 1600 meters (4 laps)
40 walking lunges
12 push ups
50 sit ups
Run 1200 meters (3 laps)
40 walking lunges
12 push ups
50 sit ups
Run 800 meters (2 laps)
40 walking lunges
12 push ups
50 bicycle crunches
Run 400 meters (1 lap)
40 walking lunges
12 push ups
50 sit ups

I'm looking forward to a solid week of workouts and having fun getting projects out of the way! ;)
