Exercise Baller

Today was a super chilly, foggy and rainy Wednesday and I was super sore from the past three days of workouts, so I felt like laying low. BUT! I decided to overcome that urge to be lazy and made up a pretty fun workout to do in my apartment. Exercise balls are for more than sitting on. This circuit workout focused on shoulders, core and hamstrings (oh GOD the hamstrings).

3 Rounds of:
10 burpees
20 heels-on-ball-and-butt-off-ground-then-extend-legs-and-bring-them-back
20 ankles-on-ball-and-bring-knees-into-chest-then-extend
20 pass-exercise-ball-between-feet-and-arms
5 push-ups-with-ankles-on-ball

Then I danced to LMFAO's "Party Rock Anthem" for 10 mins to werq on my dance movz. So sweaty y'all.
