Brief vacation from working out

Now I'm back, well-rested, and ready to focus on being active.

Yesterday, Friday, I did the following:

Ran 1.5 miles
40 walking lunges
100 sit ups
15 push ups

4 rounds of:
run 400 m
40 walking lunges
ab ladder/bicycles
15 push ups
+
2 min plank/side planks

Oh, and it was 83 degrees out! Felt like summer, smelled like summer, and I'm was happy as a college kid on spring break!
