Tabata Weighted squat, 35# plate
Rest 1 minute
Tabata dips
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Deadlift, 115# barbell

+ Ab workout (60 inclined sit ups, 60 reclined leg-ups)

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
