toxins OUT

Yesterday I had some sort of terrible stomach bug, but today I felt strong, healthy, energetic and ready to SWEAT THEM TOXINS OUT.

6 rounds of:
400 m run/sprint
any 2 of the following:
20 to-the-floor push ups
100 crunches, bicycles or ab exercises of some kind
51 walking lunges
20 pull ups (upside down push ups, more like (feet touching ground))
16 HSPU
