super quick session
On Wednesday I did a quick workout consisting of:
3 rounds:
10 burpees
10 L-sit toes to bar
10 shoulder pulls (machine thing where you pull the bar down), 120#
10 leg presses, 200#
ran 1.25 miles on the treadmill at 7-8mph
