
Hello! I’m Jenny, and this is a fitness blog designed to add some organization, fun and improvement-tracking to my workout routine as I continue to thrive with CrossFit, cycling and yoga. This will be carried out while passionately continuing my very conscious and health-minded vegan lifestyle.
