Catch up with me...

Friday, July 15th- ran 1 mile intervals X 5 with sit ups, push ups, box jumps, pull ups and chin ups interspersed.
Sunday July 16th - evening tennis for 1.5 hours with my roommates
Saturday - rode 4 miles to tennis courts on bike, played 1.5 hours of tennis, rode back home. Went swimming for an hour in a swimming hole with a rope swing!!
Monday - Played 2 hours of tennis plus 20 push ups, 10 pull ups and 10 chin ups then plenty of climbing on the jungle gym.
Tuesday - Woke up at 6:30am and went for a 1.5 hour walk/run in some fields a couple miles from my house. Later in the afternoon, I ran ran 5 x 1 mile intervals with sit ups, push ups, box jumps, pull ups and chin ups interspersed.
Wednesday - Rode my bike to work and back (~12 miles) then later went for an hour long run in the fields across from my house. Brought back so many memories of my old cross country glory days!!
